Nestled in the heart of the Mayenne countryside in Oisseau, this charming gîte occupies a fully renovated former mill on the owners’ property. Perfect for family or friends, it combines authenticity and comfort by a peaceful river branch. LEVEL 1 – Accessed via stone stairs: spacious 40.7 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, filter and Italian coffee makers, toaster, air fryer), lounge with TV and wood stove, and dining space opening directly onto the terrace. LEVEL 2 – Stairs 66 cm wide, handrail 90 cm: three bedrooms for up to 6 guests. Forêt Room (8.4 m²): 2 electric single beds (80×200). Rivière Room (9.27 m²): 4 bunk beds (90×190). Roche Room (8.4 m²): 1 electric double bed (160×190). Bathroom with sink, shower cabin, towel dryer, hairdryer, and toilet. LEVEL 0: cellar accessible from outside, with washing machine, toilet, and sink. Outdoors: terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, deckchairs, and landscaped garden of nearly 2,000 m². Fishing by the river is possible (federal permit required); a boat is available to explore the waterway. Included: beds made, towels and kitchen linen, Wi-Fi, heat pump heating. Baby equipment on site (travel cot, booster seat, blender, step stool). Note: At departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it. Otherwise, cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
